We gladly accept returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered product with tags attached. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your shipment. Any returns arriving past 14 days of the received date will be denied. Store credit in the form of an electronic gift card will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise and does not expire. All sale items are final sale.
We do not provide pre-paid labels and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable except in cases we have made an error. If we happen to miss something or you received a damaged item, we apologize in advance. Please notify support@alexisroseboutique.com within 5 days after receiving your order so that we can assist you and we can send you a shipping label to return the item to us.
Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear or from being washed incorrectly are not eligible for return. Please follow care label instructions carefully to ensure that your clothing retains its quality.
Alexis Rose Boutique does not offer price adjustments on orders after they have been placed.
